I used this in northern Peru on a 5 day trek up to almost 19,000 feet. Started taking a couple days before arriving and upped my dosage on high altitude days. As far as I could tell, this ABSOLUTELY helped. I had no altitude sickness effects and felt as good as could be expected. All my friends had diamox prescriptions and still got sick (not to mention the side effects of that drug). I genuinely cannot recommend this highly enough based on my experience. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again if I have a high output activity at altitude. Worth every penny.

Bought to go on a hunt at over 12000’. Took as the instructions said. I didn’t get sick at all. Can’t say that I would have without it but I will definitely use this product again.

Did a lot of traveling in Peru. I didn’t get sick as in throwing up or major headaches so that’s good. I still get out of breath it feels like even more toward end of trip. Although I was sick during trip.

We go to Colorado every year … and every year the first couple of days of the vacation I’m miserable. In the past I’ve tried the script from my doc (and was sicker than I ever thought I could be) and other forms of preparation for the altitude … nothing has ever worked, but it seems that this did because I was far from miserable. I did have to stay at one capsule a day, instead of two, once I got to CO though because I ended up with GI issues. All turned out good.

I heard about this product on Remi Warrens podcast and decided to try it on my Montana elk hunt last year. My son and I both took it and definitely noticed a big difference at high elevations. Recovery was much faster and we didn’t tire as quick. It is definitely part of my hunting kit now.

This really helped on my road trip in Utah and Colorado. I was changing altitudes quickly and camping in dry terrains up to 11,000 feet and didn't experience any altitude sickness.

I went to Colorado Springs over7,000 feet from Oregon 950 ft and this product worked very well. I started taking 1 capsule twice daily for 5 days before departure and 2 capsules twice daily while there. No altitude sickness. I usually get very sick. Other than a little shortness of breath climbing stairs, i was fine.
