This really works
Our fireplace brick had a good warm color but it seemed 'flat' and opaque, I wanted to keep the color, but make it richer and with depth, this product worked beautifully and it was very easy to apply and control, just like painting it without any unwated residue. or smell, it now looks rich and defined I am delighted with the results.

Buy the product. It has great value
Great product to bring back faded color on my black slate walkway. Very easy to apply and even worked great in 40 degree weather. Defiantly worth the money

works well on natural slate
I purchased this product when I noticed that after using my conditioner after cleaning, the floor (natural slate) seemed to dull out within a day. In the past, after cleaning/conditioning it would stay bright for weeks. Realizing that I had not sealed my slate floors since I installed them almost 20 years ago, I guess they were due. However, the conditioner does put a form of sealer on the stone - but just not a 'permanent sealer' - as this product is. If you are also using a conditioner and then use this product for a more permanent sealer, please note that unlike the conditioner, which you can walk on as soon as it dries (20 minutes or so), this is a true sealer and took over 24 hours before it was totally dry. It may leave footprints and feel tacky if you walk on it sooner. Considering the cost and not seeing much difference after it was done (see before and after photos) I was happy for that - because I do remember when I originally sealed the floor we could not walk on it for quite some time, and it looked beautiful for years. The 'before' photo was taken after a very thorough cleaning (hand scrubbing the grout, etc), hence, the difference is minimal. Look at the front tiles in the 'after' photo and you should be able to see where I stopped applying the sealer for the day. It is hard to determine from the photos, but it does have a nice slightly 'wet look glow' to it - compared to the unsealed stone. It has been several weeks since I have done this part of the floor and I can say it is retaining its glow very well. I held off from continuing with the rest of the floor only because of some of the reviews that stated that the sealer actually put a haze on the stone (!!) after a week. So I held off to be sure that would not be the case. It has been several weeks and that did not occur. These types of sealers appear to be very sensitive as to what it is applied to the floor (i.e., sealers or other products) before applying this product. I believe that may be why some reviewers may have experienced the haze. I was happy that the product did not react with the conditioner that I use about 4-5 times a year.I used foam brushes to apply the product and that worked very well. The only issue that I had not anticipated is that you must lightly wipe off the residue about 10 minutes after application (I used new microfiber cloths). Since you only have so much working room, I found it difficult when applying since I knew I would need to be able to reach the area 10 minutes later for wiping. That, and you must not let the sealer dry before wiping off the excess made the work flow limiting and took several hours to do this small room (about 6x6). The good news is that although I bought the gallon container based on the coverage, I thought the product went a long way so I'm not worried about running out. Overall, I'm happy that my floors look like new again and I suspect keeping it clean will be easier for quite a few years.

Works So Well on Natural Stone Showers!
I didn’t know how to care/maintain my natural stone shower. I live in Florida so we had some mold in the shower, and I used bleach. Eventually my shower stones turned white. I was quoted $1500 to clean the shower. I decided to take matters in my hands, and I got this color enhancer and the “wet look” to see if it would work. The “color enhancer” worked beautifully. I used two bottles of the “trial” size, and I initially used a soft bristled paint brush, but I found that a sponge worked better. After applying several coats, I scrubbed my shower with Dawn dish soap and a soft shower scrubbing brush to get the stickiness off. Now it’s so beautiful! Highly recommended!!

Darkens Light Grout!
We used a gray Prism Grout and it ended up drying almost white which was not the color we intended. I purchased the Color Enhancer and it worked exactly as intended. I did at least two coats to achieve the darker look. It did not add shine. We did have a section of tile where the color enhancer wouldn’t penetrate quite like the rest, the grout was drier when initially applied because it was at the end of the batch so we think that may have caused the difference. It took 3 coats on that area. It was easy to work with, I used a paint brush.

Easy application
Easy to apply with paint roller. We applied to pavers that have been down for five plus years. Color seemed to streak. Just did a small section as test which ultimately will be covered by metal storage shed. Going try another product.
