MagneSoothe Magnesium Oil Mg12 16 oz Oil

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with a stabbing pain in my left hip. I rub some of this liquid magnesium into the area and within 15 minutes the pain is gone and I am able to get back to sleep. This product was recommended by a massage-therapist friend, which is why I purchased it. I plan to continue using it.
