I got turned onto these when I was doing ER time for school. They’re so much easier to use than the traditional rubber tourniquets AND THEY DON’T HURT YOUR PATIENT’S ARM! Such a win!

This is not as an effective tourniquet as some of the more expensive ones BUT my school cannot afford a bunch of higher priced ones and in an emergency I want something very simple for the non-medical staff. This is as simple as putting on a belt. Addendum. Used it in training. It decreased blood flow but the buckle let go before stopping blood flow to the extremity.

Work fairly well. Quality could be a bit better but the price is great.
