Give me a break. Almost $400 for a phone and they don't even give you a power plug! I am a home office user, as are most of us in the world today, I have been waiting for nearly a month for delivery and now I can't even use it. I have been with Polycom for over 5 years and Plantronics 15. This might be something I would expect from Polycom but not Plantronics. By the way, they don't even show it as something to "buy together" or tell you that you need to buy it in the description.

Phone is totally unusable as it is pwd protected and the seller provides no pwd or way to access the phone to do a reset which is always required on a new ip phone to connect to the svc provider

Phone description and images show Teams telephony functionality. Phone we received was a much older model that did not have these capabilities. If you're looking to use as a teams phone do NOT buy.

Microsoft will not support these, despite them being on their own website as "Certified Devices" the software is incredibly glitchy, and the Microsoft support the worst.
