Does the inside (blade portion) pop out so you can wash it?

I don't own this product (yet), but second photo seems pretty clear that the blade comes out along with the bowl, and can be washed (as part of the bowl). Conventional grinders do not allow blades to be submerged, so this seems like a great feature to me.

Does it make a good spice grinder?

I used it to grind ginger and cinnamon and it did great.

Can the stainless steel bowls go in the dishwasher or are they hand wash only?

I only process dry beans, so just use the attached brush to clean it up a bit... I woud not use dishwasher.

How many ounces is the bowl?

Sorry, but haven't measured the ounces. I just pour the beans in and it gives me enough for a 14 cup pot of coffee with some left over.
