I love this cookware

I bought this stainless steel set because I was tired of the worn out look of the non-stick cookware I've been using for almost nine years. I bought this set almost four months ago. I cook with them every day and they still look brand new. I was a little nervous about buying these due to the mixed reviews, but I did a little more research and I'm very happy I decided to buy them.Cooking with stainless steel is VERY different from using the non-stick aluminum pans I was used to. I cook almost everything at a lower temperature now since the pans heat up very quickly and they keep that heat longer. Everything cooks a little faster. There will be a bit of a learning curve that you should plan for if you've never cooked on stainless steel.Cleaning these is easy. I use Dawn and a Scotch Brite sponge. Anything that doesn't come off with hot soapy water requires a sprinkle of "Bar Keepers Friend" cleanser and a few extra seconds of scrubbing. None of that is meant to be an endorsement. It's just what I use. I'm sure there are many other excellent alternatives. The cooking "stains" that many of these reviews talk about come off in seconds and the pans are beautiful again. Yes, there will be some minor etching from using the abrasive cleaner, but it doesn't change anything about how these cook or make things stick to the pan. I actually prefer being able to scrub these clean and not have to worry about scratching off any coating and ruining the pans.I have two complaints.1. The rivets where the handles attach to the pans have developed a slight screechy sound when that spot flexes. I'm guessing there's something small (maybe powdered cleanser?) that worked its way into the tiny gap. I'm not worried about it since these pans have a lifetime warranty, but it's just something I've noticed.2. Water never quite reaches a rolling boil with nothing else in the pot. Water will boil and everything still cooks normally, but it just looks weird. I'll take some pictures soon and update this review.Edit: Pictures added for after cooking dinner (grilled cheese and tomato soup) and after clean up.TLDR: this is a great cookware set that's very nice to look at and feels like it will last forever.

I like the measurements inside the pots. Handles do become warm with usage on our gas stove.

We like this cookware set quite a bit. It is of a surprising high quality for the price. The pots are all well-finished and sturdy, resist scratches from utensils or cleaning, and the handles are solid. The glass lids fit and function well. The included lid storage rack allows you to store the lids in very little space. We have only used these on our induction stovetop and I can confirm that they work well for this purpose. We're very happy with this purchase.

We had to purchase new cookware when we replaced our gas range with an induction range. The set provided most of the sizes. We also purchased a 12 inch Cuisinart stainless skillet. They are not non-stick, but clean up easily. We bought an OXO non-stick skillet that works well. Note that the lids do not fit the 8” and 10”skillets — only the saucepans, stockpot and the deep fry pan.

I bought this set a few months ago and wanted to use it awhile before reviewing it. I wanted to give an informed review, not just based off the excitement I had when it first arrived. I had done research and this set was highly rated by Consumer Reports, and at a price within my budget. First off, it really is does clean quite easily, just as claimed. Fried eggs and other foods release easily, without sticking and clean up takes only minor scrubbing with a good non-scratch scouring pad. This was important to me - wanting a non-stick pan without the chemical coatings. The pots and frying pans heat quickly and the different sizes are very versatile. My one disappointment is that the handles on the lids and pots get very hot during cooking. I'm pretty sure I'd read that this didn't happen, but I can attest that it does. You will need a pot holder or towel to lift the lids and carry the pots to the sink, etc. However, overall I am really happy with my new Cuisinart set. I love the nesting feature for space-saving, and a bonus for me is that I found a Cuisinart vegetable steamer I already owned fit perfectly onto every one of the pots that came with this set.

These are the nicest looking pans I've ever seen. They maintain their shine, are easy to clean, work great on my gas stove, and have an excellent stacking method. WELL worth the money!
