Using this product for plantar fasciitis. Provides a firm sole which works well but needed to go to a wide instead of a medium width tennis shoe. Works great in the wider width.

My PT recommended these as I over supinate my feet from previous injuries. It’s been a game changer. It’s been wonderful to find supports that don’t hurt, aren’t uncomfortable, and actually give my feet what they need. I would definitely use caution and only buy these if medical staff has recommended as the wrong supports can wage war on your feet. That said these have been a great recommendation and have really helped me to find more comfort with every step

I have tried many insoles for high arch support and while they may feel ok my right foot is so bad that the big toe seems to be the only toe to actually touch the ground. My foot rolls in vs out. This is mostly an issue when wearing sneakers, and I work out daily. I did not have any expectations when I looked at these. After putting them in and shoe on.... My right foot felt level. I ran the Boston marathon twice and did it with a 3:12 time without any insoles. I wish I had found these sooner. So many hip/foot/IT Band issues could have been avoided. They are pricey however if you are like me, it is worth it. I have only used them for one hard workout so far. They are not soft and gel feeling, they actually work though.
