Great Gaming Keyboard, Very bright with satisfying key feedback
Had this keyboard for over a month now, fantastic build quality a really satisfying feeling and ways to type with, the keys are not too loud and sound great, it is a good weight so hold itself steady with no movement during use, I finish it comfortable to use and a good size in general. The RGB colours and brightness are great very vivid and a lot of customisation through the iCue app I like that the cable comes out from the left hand side top edge instead of the middle too. Overall

Amazing Value for the Price!
Very impressed with this gaming keyboard from Corsair! For such an affordable price, it offers exceptional performance and features. The keys feel responsive and satisfying, perfect for both gaming and typing. The RGB lighting is absolutely gorgeous! There are plenty of customizable lighting effects and colours, so my son can easily personalize it to match my setup. The brightness is perfect, not too overwhelming but just enough to create a cool ambiance during gaming sessions. It really adds a level of fun and flair to my son's desk. The build quality is solid for the price, with a sturdy frame that feels durable. The keyboard is surprisingly quiet compared to other cheaper mechanical keyboards the kids used, which is great for both gaming and general use. Overall, this is an outstanding budget-friendly option for gamers who want great performance and awesome RGB lighting without breaking the bank. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

A good keyboard with nice features, but some flaws
This is a good keyboard and I got it for a great price. It is responsive, has effective backlighting (even if it is by region, rather than specific keys), feels good under the hands and has useful media keys. The macro options are really nice (I just set them up as media keys to start with, but have since moved on to more complicated things) and it's easy to use with well-placed extra keys/buttons which work just fine. I've had it now for a little while without any major malfunctions, so it is made of decent material and puts up with a real battering - I'm not heavy-handed but I do type quickly (and I've spilled various drinks and food on or near it). So it does the basics well. That said, this keyboard has a number of features which I do not like, but by the same token were not serious enough to warrant sending back (because the alternatives were considerably more expensive!): - it is not a quiet keyboard at all - my keystrikes ring out loud and clear, and if I'm typing with any speed late at night, my wife can hear it through two doors. I like to think I have a gentle touch, so they should not be annoying my family at night. - the software is temperamental. I need to press a key every time I turn the machine on for the lights to start working. Multiple contacts with the Corsair customer service have not solved the problem, and multiple responders on Reddit have confirmed they have the same issue with this exact same keyboard.

Nice keyboard
Got this on the black Friday deal! Definitely worth the money. It's a really nice keyboard! Keys feel very nice and soft to press, I like that it doesn't make too much noise when pressing keys. Doesn't take up too much space. I like the RGB customisation but my only complaint is that I wish we could individually choose colours for WASD keys, but instead it lets you choose individual colours for a select area of keys in a grid.

A Life-Changing Upgrade, Silent, Smooth, and Glorious
I just swapped out my old clacky mechanical keyboard for the Corsair K55 CORE RGB, and I’m genuinely emotional about how much better my setup feels. This thing is silent - like, eerily quiet in the best way possible. The membrane switches are buttery smooth and responsive, without any of that harsh, echoey racket I was putting up with before. The RGB zones are vibrant and customizable, the media keys are super handy, and the spill resistance gives me peace of mind (especially with a toddler around). Setup was seamless on both PC and Mac, and iCUE integration makes tweaking the lighting a breeze. This is hands down one of the biggest quality-of-life upgrades I’ve made in years. If you’re stuck with a noisy, clunky keyboard and want something that feels premium without breaking the bank, this is it. I’m almost in tears from the relief. Corsair nailed it.

An ergonomic, budget masterpiece
I have been using this keyboard for a while now, and it's absolutely amazing. Don't let the "Membrane keys" title put you off, this keyboard built to such a high standard that you hardly notice it. The lighting on this keyboard is mesmerizing, there are several preset modes to choose from, and you can make your own. Although there is a little light leakage that causes some of the color to go onto the keys surrounding it, again, this keyboard is built to such a high standard that you hardly notice it. Also, the keys are bright and support very vivid colors, the keys can be easily seen in a completely lit room. (While typing this, I shone my phone torch onto the keyboard and the lighting remained completely visible, still at its luminous, bright colors.) (You can also dim the lights if it gets annoying, don't worry about that) As for gaming, this is by far the best keyboard I've ever used. Its response time is instant, the G keys are absolutely game changing, and another cool little feature that I appreciate is the media keys, meaning you can play songs while ingame and if you need to concentrate, you can just hit pause without having to tab out of your game to pause it, hence ruining your concentration. But no, with this, it's as simple as just one push of a button. You can also cycle through your songs with the 2 media keys surrounding the pause key. Now for ergonomics. I have never typed on a keyboard so comfortable. The wrist support allows you to slope your hands to the perfect typing position, and I find that I can type significantly faster with this keyboard over other keyboards. I could press the keys for hours, It feels like some type of angelic jelly has been laid underneath the keys. This combined with the wrist support creates the ultimate gaming and typing experience.

Quiet, spill-resistant RGB keyboard with macros. Great value for work + play.
This keyboard is built for budget-conscious gamers and multitaskers. The rubber dome switches are quiet and soft—ideal for long typing sessions or shared spaces. The RGB lighting is zonal (not per-key), but still adds flair and visibility. The IP42 rating means it can handle minor spills and dust—handy for snack-heavy setups or dusty site desks. The macro keys (G1–G6) are a standout feature. You can program them via Corsair iCUE or link them to Elgato Stream Deck actions, making it great for streaming, workflow shortcuts, or repetitive tasks. The wrist rest clips on easily and adds comfort, though it’s not padded. ✅ Pros Quiet rubber dome keys—good for typing and shared spaces Dedicated macro keys—great for gaming or workflow shortcuts Spill/dust resistant—IP42 protection adds peace of mind RGB zones—customisable via iCUE Media controls—quick access to volume/play/pause Wide compatibility—works with PC, Mac, Xbox ⚠️ Cons No per-key RGB—lighting is zonal only Plastic build—feels light, not premium Large footprint—takes up desk space No USB passthrough—no extra ports Typing feel is soft—not ideal for fast typists or mechanical fans 🧍♂️ Personal Verdict Used this for gaming and workflow—macro keys are a proper win, and the quiet keys make it ideal for late-night use or shared environments. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable, comfortable, and versatile. For under £55, it’s a solid pick if you want function over frills.

Utterly brilliant keyboard
Well yesterday I sat looking at keyboards for hours, I decided on this one because the picture shows that the Shift key is larger than the Caps key and it has 6 programmable buttons, something I had got quite used to on my Roccatt, I have to say that I am more than happy with this keyboard. I was using a Roccatt keyboard, I always found the keys heavy and clunky and also loud. This one is a joy to type on, the keys are quick, springy and quiet. I'd read that the keys seem smaller, I don't think so at all, they may appear that way with the backlight behind it. I had forgotten how to touch type with the old keyboard, this is just how I like a keyboard to be, it's very satisfying to type on! When I first plugged it in, it worked immediately, although I couldn't wait to get the software installed because the scrolling lights do my brain in. Set up was easy and I opted for a simple non-flashing set-up with colour-coded areas. Assigning the buttons was nice and easy too and seemed to have more options than my old Roccatt. I like how there is a button on the keyboard itself to make the lights lighter and darker, nice when I watch films so the keyboard is less glaring. The light for Caps Lock is in a nice position too where it isn't obscured by keys. All in all, I am very happy, I shall be sticking with these keyboards in future, such a bouncy joy to type on. I saw someone describe the keys as 'mushy' in a different review, which almost put me off, but I wouldn't describe them as that at all, they are just not 'clacky' or heavy, just nice and springy. if you are a touch typer you will love this keyboard, its perfect for gentle touch typing, keys are where you expect them to be and they don't need slamming.
