This is good value for money, but be aware, it's a very basic gaming computer
I received this from Vibox super quickly, only took them a couple of days to deliver to N. Ireland. Judging from the reviews on here, some people seem to have been looking for a computer to play games on, but haven't really done much research. Then they're on here leaving scathing reviews. Bear in mind, as gaming computers go, these sub-£500 models are very basic, entry level machines. They will struggle with anything modern. You'll need to upgrade some stuff for better performance. That said, I'm very happy with the machine I got, I thought it was great value for money, it looks great and it is running perfectly. I would highly recommend this supplier for value and service, just be sure you know what you are getting...

Great value PC and great customer service by Vibox
I needed to replace my desktop PC and all of the options out there were either too expensive or too low spec. I stumbled on this one, and the specs for the price looked good. Also, a number of reviews mentioned good customer service, and they weren't wrong. I had a problem when initially setting it up as the Amazon spec said it came with a DVI input, but the graphics card only had HDMI so my old monitor wouldn't work. I contacted Vibox and they quickly offered to refund me for the cost of an adapter which I got same-day delivery on Amazon.I contacted customer service again a few weeks later as I couldn't figure out how to wake the machine from sleep using the keyboard or mouse. They were responsive and helpful, directing me to the BIOS settings to sort out the issue.I can't speak to the suitability of this machine for gaming, but so far it's been a great all-purpose desktop for the money, and as others have also mentioned, the customer service has been great which has been greatly appreciated.
