Works well, just don't be disappointed if the bits you're working with aren't all that magnetic. That's not the fault of the wrist strap, that's just crappy equipment.It works great with Wera screwdriver bits as they are quite magnetic.

This really works well! I bought this for a stocking stuffer for my son who farms and I was pleasantly surprised that it works so well. He has already used it a few times and it keeps you from dropping screws (or nails) or having someone hand them to you. It fit his wrist well so I would recommend to anyone that farms or is a mechanic.
