Our friends are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary soon and we know the title of their favourite song, so put together in a heart shape seemed most fitting a present for their celebration. The quality is excellent and the service was so quick and it was well packaged for delivery, so I am a very happy customer and I am contemplating doing the same for some other friends who will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary, I just have to find out their favourite song without it seeming too obvious.

I ordered one for my daughters surprise engagement on Christmas Day 2023. The delivery person left it outside behind a bin in my garden (along with another package), unfortunately when I got home from work both parcels were missing. I contacted Mika, they promised me that they would reprint and send out that day. True to their word it arrived the following day by special delivery. That’s what I call customer service. There was tears all round when my daughter opened it, it’s hard to put into words how beautiful the print is, it’s stunning. Thank you Mika

I received my order today, a day earlier than expected! Great communication for the personalisation, something I’ve never had before when ordering a bespoke piece. You get to proofread your order before it is sent out so any mistakes can be rectified. The print is absolutely gorgeous! A beautiful gift for my friends upcoming wedding. The only downside was the postman decided to push it through my letterbox totally ignoring the ‘do not bend’ clearly printed on the envelope. Luckily, as it was very well packaged it only bent it slightly with no creasing which will be sorted out when I put it in a frame. Obviously this is no fault of the seller but perhaps tape up your letter box if you are waiting for a delivery! I chose copper on a purple background. It looked stunning but it was difficult to read the lettering in certain lights. I should have gone for gold. That said, it was beautiful and the bride and groom loved it!!

I ordered this for a very special wedding so I could frame it. When it arrived it had a slight mark on it which sometimes can not be helped. I contact the seller straight away and she was amazing! And sent a replacement out straight away and it was perfect! Perfect gift. Thank you x

I would highly recommend this company, we did order a A5 size with black background with rose gold. This I wouldn't recommend however I did request it was done A4 with white background and rose gold writing and I'm delighted to say its stunning. A very kind and thoughtful service was provided to me and I will shop there again. Highly recommended *****
