Just thought I'd give my 2 cents. You can't tell much from the description so here goes. The arms are aluminum, the pulleys are plastic also. The pulleys are on bearings. I did get 25 or 30 belts, all 60 grit which is super abrasive definately not for polishing but for heavy material removal. It also came with not 1, not 2, but 3 sets of extra brushes. Including the set in the motor that would make it 4. So you will be giving ur grandchildren brushes long after this thing is toast. It didn't come with the wheel for flat discs which doesn't matter to me but worth noting. It's also variable speed with a dial on the handle as well as the trigger so it can go quite slow or as fast as you want. I haven't got to use it much yet but though I could possibly be helpful with these little tid bits of info.
