Great product! Will only buy this brand
I have bought several in different sizes. Worth the price. I had previously bought a different brand and they just would not seal. This brand is great. Heavy-duty and easy, secure seal.

Wonderful bag
These are a great replacement for Ziploc bags. They seal very well and are also dishwasher safe.

This is a very nice product, well built and designed for the purpose
As soon as I got this in the mail, I used it to pack my snacks and lunch for a roadtrip to my parents' home. My only regret with that decision is that I didn't bring both on my trip so I can use it more while I'm away! This is a very nice product, well built and designed for the purpose. I was initially sceptic of the sealing mechanism which seemed kind of flimsy on some review videos despite the product's claim to be very secure. This doubt quickly blew out the window as I actually struggled when I tried to open and close it the first time. I learned how to open it properly after that, but the seal is definitely impressive. I don't have a dishwasher in my apartment, so I have to clean everything by hand. This bag is super easy to clean. I was afraid that the slim opening and the product's rigidity would make it difficult to get to the inner corners of the bag, but I was pleasantly surprised when everything came off clean so easily. Another bonus: the bag dries really fast. Any downsides I can imagine people struggling with is the slim opening of the bag. I personally don't have a problem with this as I always make my food and snacks in thin, cut pieces, but those of you intending to bring five whole apples for a picnic might want to opt for a regular bag or lunch box. I'm not saying it's entirely impossible, just highly improbable and will probably be preceded by great effort and struggle. Also, some people might not love the feel of the material used by Stasher. I'm not one of those people as I find the texture very satisfying to hold and work with, but it is a sturdier and thicker form of silicone than what's usually seen in the market. It's probably why they're so durable in the first place. Overall I am planning on repurchasing this product. I only beought the medium sized one and I have my eyes set on the snack sizes.

A great alternative to ziplock bags!
I use a lot of ziplock bags every day…well I used to anyways. The other day my friend told me about these reusable silicone bags that you can get at the store so I got some. They were kind of expensive but I figured I can just get a refund if I don’t like them. I’m trying to convert more of my disposable kitchen items to be more eco-friendly. So between these bags, swedish dishcloths, and silicone baking mats, I think I’m off to a good start! The one I got is in aqua, it says on the packaging that its 15-ounce. I tried it out immediately once I got home. My first impression was that the material was very thick and rubbery…in a good way. I was a bit skeptical about how it closes since it seemed kind of flimsy but to my surprise it actually closes very securely. Its funny actually after I closed it I struggled to get it back open again. So yeah, the seal will definitely seal your food. The next day I used it to bring my sandwich to work (I usually use a regular baggie). Of course I gave it a good wash beforehand. One thing thats great about the silicone is it keeps the shape of your food…in other words my sandwich didn’t squashed like it sometimes does in my work bag. There wasn’t any noticeable smell or anything either coming from the silicone…my sandwich tasted exactly the same as before so that’s a good thing. I know sometimes if the material is bad it can leave an odor in your food which I think is really gross. Whats even more impressive is that the silicone is microwavable. This actually makes eating lunch super convenient at work…I can just put the whole thing in the microwave for 15 seconds and I’ll get a warm meal. Whereas when I used regular baggies I would never get the luxury of eating a warm sandwich. Ive already had a coworker as me about them. I guess it attracts attention when you put something like that in the microwave. Ive never used it on the stove top though it says you can. The idea of putting it over open flame kind of makes me nervous so I think i’ll hold back on that for now. Like others have said they wash up great in the dishwasher too. I don’t use my dishwasher too often though so I just clean them by hand. Just use soap and water…the regular stuff, and leave it to air dry. I always dump the excess water out first otherwise i’ll take that much longer. The bottomline is that they’re great reusable bags. The silicone is high quality and doesn’t have any smell. They’re microwavable and easy to wash as well. My only complaint is that yeah they’re a little hard to open and close. I guess thats a good thing since it means that the seal works well? Or maybe I’m just lacking power in my fingers who knows…Anyways I don’t regret buying this product though it was kind of pricey. Less stuff to the landfill is always a good thing imo.

Close to perfect
Very sturdy and does a good job of sealing/ keeping things inside. Size is appropriate for large snack or sandwich. Only complaint I have is that the opening is not very big. It is hard to fit a sandwich inside without smushing it.

perfect if you hate throwing so much away like me!
obsessed with these!! i ordered this size and a snack size and love them both. they’re very easy to use and clean which is perfect. they can be a little hard to open, which is honestly a good thing cause that means it’s sealed well! the size is bigger than an average sandwich bag, which is also kind of a plus as well. the material is great i highly recommend these!

A branded product doesn’t have brand name “Stasher” on it. However the photo in the slides all have it. Also the packing is very low not like a branded item should be. That seems like the quality of the one I got didn’t get approved... so I decide to return it.

Excellent quality and durability. I use these for everything, frozen meat, snacks, leftovers, lunch meat and cheese. Easy to wash in top rack of dishwasher. Not inexpensive but well worth it in the long run.

Excellent...but doesn't fit standard loaf cuts from a bread maker unfortunately. Not very flexible and the opening point can be more time consuming than expected. Other than that...very easy to clean and completely natural product makes it a win overall. I can live with the shortcomings. Plan to replace all plastic Ziploc bags for my family and this is the best option in my opinion. No more microplastics to be concerned about, less non biodegradable waste and saving money 👍

After using it for a couple months, here are my findings: Sturdy bags that can hold and keep many different types of food; they save space on the fridge; they have a very tight seal (they keep liquids provided you’re sensible and don’t squeeze them too hard, they do take some level of pressure without opening no problem); They go on the freezer and they do fit a lot depending on what you’re using them for. They have always been leakproof for what I use them - I never traveled with a bag full of soup in my backpack tho, so I don’t know your standards/ideas on leakproof. Fruits, cookies and sandwiches/bagels are fine to travel tho. Also for seasoning/marinating stuff overnight in the fridge they work great. The opening is finicky but that’s what makes the seal really good, so you have to pick your battles, and I never had any problems on transporting sandwiches - if it’s cut in half and arranged nicely. To take the contents out just press the corners into each other and the opening should suffice. They are tight. If they’re not tight, they won’t be leakproof. Get a bigger model if you want more space, you can’t have it all. They’re ok to clean, but drying silicone bags out is a bit of a pain in general, you have to stack them upside down on a glass or something and forget them there for a good few hours. Not a deal breaker but could be improved. Maybe selling then with a thin stand/dish rack add-on to dry them? I don’t know. I don’t use my Stasher for cooking/boiling/microwaving so I can’t comment on that. I bought cheaper ones to compare and I like them as well, but the Stasher does work and feel a bit better, specially on closing and opening, maybe the silicone quality is what does it, you do feel the slightly difference in touch/feel of the material. The seal seems pretty much the same and they’re equally useful to me. They’re dishwasher safe but I ended up always washing by hand for some reason so I also can’t comment on that. If you don’t want them for cooking/boiling, consider buying cheaper brands, they perform very similarly and are WAY cheaper - I got this one for £11 and the cheaper ones were a set of 3 for £15. I gotta say tho I really like the Stasher bag and although they’re are a bit overpriced, if they last as they seem to do, it’s well worth the investment. As it is, I would recommend/ buy more of them, great experience overall.
