Do these stand up by themselves or do they lie flat?

Hi. The do stand up by themselves (which is easier to access whatever you've put in them). PS - I love mine

Wanted to take advantage of the small space they take up and freeze garlic & herbs.

They are sturdy little bags that have lasted quite well so far. You can pack much in. But, we haven't tried freezing them yet though.

are they resealable? how long do you think they will last?

Hey, i love these bags. Yes they are resealable, just like foodbags you press the 2 sides together to seal /reseal. I store my spices in them, great space saver and hold a whole normal size bottle. Hope this helps 😎
