Recommended! With the hot and humid horror weather out there I've had a lot of pain particularly in areas that had endured bone surgery. I find it works quickly. Just remember to take it in a clean mouth (not with food or recent food, for example). You can chew it down or let it dissolve. The bottle in its "directions" says take one tablet at first sign of symptoms. I find if you take two to begin it's more effective. Otherwise, just follow the printed directions. The relief if the pain is big (as is mine on this hot and very humid day) you might find that this homeopathic combo is not as effective (as in totally nulling pain) as something from the drugstore. But remember, the pain relievers out there all have side effects that I know I want to avoid. No side effect with this remedy.

Great product consistency is key and its a gentle product and close to something natural that you would get, so there is need to worry about it. It works fast and really great, because once you stop taking it for an extended period you definitely feels the difference. Follow the instructions and if you want do every other day or 3/4 time a week and you should be good.

I love this product !! I just got diagnosed with ostearithis in my hips! Some days, especially cold and damp days the stiffness and pain "flares up" !! Ibuprofen will help but will also raise your BP if used too often! These BHI Arthritis pills do the trick! Yes they are homeopathic, I think the main ingredient is arnica, but one pill if taken right will curb the pain !! Ok so what I mean by taken right, is dont eat or drink anything for 15 minutes before u take a pill, and let it dissolve under your tongue! Now then dont eat or drink anything for 15 minutes after taken as well ! That will do the trick !! No pain for 4 to 6 hours after taken !! I love them, and at under $15 a bottle I buy several at a time ! I have given a bottle or two away to fellow friends and family !! Everyone is greatfull !!

I can hardly tell I've taken a pain reliever with this one. Was really hoping this would be a good one, but not so much.
