I love everything about this tool. After years of using Snapon clicker style torque wrenches, I needed a wrench to measure torque angle. It was a little weird at first using this electronic tool, but oh man is it nice once you get comfortable. I love the audible tone and easy to change settings. Great tool.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT BACKING UP OR STAND THERE PRODUCT
FIRST ITS WAS WORKING FINE AS ITS SHOULD BOUGHT THIS YEARS AGO RARELY USE IT, JUST WHEN THERE CERTAIN MAJOR CAR FIX NEED TO BE TORQUE, THIS WEEK I USE IT WHEN MY WATER PUMP BROKE, ALL OF THE SUDDEN THE SCREEN TURN TO IN TO PARTIAL BLACK CANT READ ANYMORE THE NUMBERS, CONTACTED SELLER THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE SERVICE CENTER UNLESS INSIDE THERE 1 YEAR WARRANTY, NOW I LEARN MY LESSON NEVER BUY LIKE THIS COMPANY THAT DONT STAND THERE PRODUCT, I WOULD RATHER PAY EXTRA BUY LIKE HUSKY,DEWALT, OR ANY HOMEDEPOT BRAND THAT THEY CARRTY THEY HAVE LIFE TIME WARRANTY..!!! HAVENT ALL SAID THAT THIS IS NOT EVEN CHEAP ITS $139 ITS GARBAGE QUALITY IF WORK IN THE AUTO SHOP THIS WILL NOT LAST A WEEK.!! USE IT HANDFULL OF TIMES AND ITS BROKE!! My car has a torque spec of 30 Nm and 80 degrees for brake caliper bolts (critical equipment) and this torque wrench makes this easy to achieve. Easy to use good instructions and high quality.
