These are amazing for hydration especially if you have a chronic illness. Does not cause acid reflux and tastes great. I love that there is no stevia added.

The flavor of these is incredible for an oral rehydration salt. Yes, they are a bit salty of the potassium salt taste, but you get used to it and won't care if you are really in need of oral rehydration. I have had kidney disease in the past and I've been battling easy dehydration and nausea. These have really helped. I found it to be very helpful to use these by adding them to a similar tasting Gatorade or Powerade to help the taste if you don't want just the product in plain water. Very recommended. I feel excellent a few hours after drinking a bottle with this product in it.

Slowly, so I can't comment on how much it helps. I want to give three to four stars for the flavour. There's hardly any flavour to it, similar to Liquid IV. I prefer Dripdrop (lemon, plus you only add it to 8oz of water). I do like that this is half the price of Liquid IV.

Life changing product. I have multiple chronic illnesses. I use both IV saline and NormaLyte to help with POTS, MCAS, And gastroparesis.Green Apple is my favorite flavor.
