This is a great brand of Bovine Gelatin. I used to use other brands and my friend told me about Perfect and now I use them for lots of food and supplement items. This is a company I feel is transparent and has good quality supplements that work and you can trust! Doesn’t have much of a smell and u am very sensitive to smells. It is easy to mix into recipes and always tastes great and works great in any recipe I’ve tried. I use this to make gelatin eggs in recipes since I am allergic to eggs and it works well! Great product. I use it to make my kids gummies with juice or even in my morning hot coffee for a boost of skin benefits. I like that it makes my coffee a tiny bit creamy (using 1 tbsp) Remember you have to bloom it first in room temp liquid/water then introduce it to you other liquid.
