Slightly warm the oil and apply on the scalp for 20 minutes max and then wash it off with a mild herbal shampoo. The oil/thailam which is coconut-based can look a bit frozen if the temperature drops. If so, then put the bottle in a bowl with warm water, then it will loosen up. Kottakal products are very effective to treat different ailments.
