The Joy FactoryMagConnect Universal Tablet Module (Module Only) (MMX107)

I love The Joy Factory's products! Now this is just the plate, and really the magic comes from how well it works with the magconnect clamps you use these things with, but I've bought four of these now and they all work great. I cleaned the surfaces with the included alcohol prep pad, and put a full 64oz ketchup bottle on the tablets face down for a full 72 hours. Wanna make sure it doesn't come off! I then tested it on a magconnect adapter (precision screw tightened) completely upside down over my bed to see if the tablet came detached from the plate and it remained on. Later on, due to a problem with my tablet I had to send it in for a replacement, so I had to get the plate off. The recommended solution didn't work; we used WD-40 instead and the sticky part melts away no problem. You are left with a bare plate; well, on a different cheaper tablet we superglued it to the back of that tablet and that also works just fine. I'm pretty sure that one ain't comin' off.All in all these are wonderful. The 3M sticks just fine as long as you give it the right amount of time to set. Then just get yourself one or more magconnect clamps and you're good to go. I've so far used one on my expensive $700 Surface 4, my much more expendable $100 Wal-Mart SmarTab, and two GeChic 1303i tablet-shaped monitors. They have just the right amount of pull to make sure it doesn't accidentally come off, though on a magconnect adapter you can tighten the precision screw to lock it so you're set.NOTE ABOUT SURFACE PRO MOUNTING:I mounted this to my Surface 4. It is JUST BARELY the right length that if you position it in just the right way on the top, you can have one of these attached to your Surface 4 without a case and still have the kickstand be usable. Before we did so, we used a Dremel and carved out a little hole on the top to make sure the camera and mic were not covered. Plate still holds just fine.

Solid and sturdy! I’ve broken a number of joy factory iPad Pro trays in the past with limited use. They’re just not made well. The edges are thin and brittle. With this, I picked the case and stuck it on...and it’s working beautifully. I no longer have to worry about the case/tray breaking. I was careful to let the adhesive cure and this puppy is stuck forever to my cover. Complete confidence with my iPad Pro 12.9. Don’t bother with Joy factory tray, get this and stick it on one that will last. Recommended!

I was really surprised by how good quality this product was. I feel confident that my monitor will be secured while I have it on my desktop mount, and it looks great.

Works better than advertised. Be sure to place it correctly the first time, getting it off for a correction is not easy. I wish that Joy Factory would open a line of rail mounted products (cell phone holders, various sizes of adjustable mounting solutions and other ingenious offerings) for power chairs.Jim Hughes.11 October 2019

Love the product but needed it for 1 day

You know, this is a nice piece but again, over priced for that it is.. ALSO this is a one time use! Once that adhesion comes on it doesn’t come off. For this price they should include a second adhesiveIt’s big enough to fit the back of an iPad. That’s what I use it for to mount with their mounts

So far it’s been pretty good as far as adhesion only time will tell but I am impressed so far

I discovered their amazing products by accident, and have been purchasing for years now... Truly the best and most responsive customer service of any company. Its absolutely a pleasure to work with them. I have purchased their stands for several of our trucks, and my personal trucks, They personally answer the phone, followup and do what they say i would give them 100 stars is i had the option

Great Product I have many of their products and use them often. Very sturdy a little expensive but you get what you pay for.

I haven't used it yet in the field so I'll have to come back and comment on the glue holding to textured tablet cases, but it looks really solid right now. It snaps so well to the magconnect arms, it's great!

The universal Tablet Module holds an iPad Pro very securely mounted to the Joy Factory wheelchair mounting. It’s tough and the screen is the best I have used. The Joy Factory was very helpful with immediate help to purchase the correct products.

Este accesorio, necesario para tabletas de todas las marcas, muy sencillo de instalar, lo unico que no me gusta es, que si cambias de tablet, obviamente tendrás que comprar otro aditamento dado que éste va pegado a la funda de tu tablet y su costo es considerablemente alto, yo lo adquirí en promoción, pero para el ámbito profesional sin duda lo recomiendo.
