worth it if you can swing the price (pampers club member here)! our son has a sprinkler system that randomly leaks and he is a tall, muscular tot so certain fits and brands just don’t cut it unless we want to do more laundry. using diaper creams and cornstarch is trickier with these but is doable. for creams, a qtip and for cornstarch, putting some in the bottom of the diaper while he stands up. the smell may be a bit much for some as it is strongly scented like baby powder but we like it, they don’t stay little forever :)
