Long lasting food additive/supplement
Dogs loved this and with the small recommended dosage it lasted for a LONG time in my home. Two moderately large dogs with a combined weight of roughly 150#. I focus on protein and minerals to support their bones and joints and this delivers on all fronts. When purchased I did not know that they’d each only get about a tablespoon a day, and with that it lasted about a month which I consider a great value.

Used for Calcium Requirement for Homemade Dog Food
Homemade dog food chefs need to use calcium as a supplement. This has helped me with my dogs requirements. I use the recommended dose and have had their levels checked with their yearly vet exam. It is easy to use. No odor. I keep it refrigerated after opening. It lasts a long time. Definitely worth the money.

Nice Product
Nicely ground powder, easy to use for a mixture to my dog's food. They seem to enjoy and tolerate it quite well. No real after-smell. The price is fair for the pound, which will last me at least a month or two.

Wouldn’t recommend
I feed my puppy raw and this made him very lethargic, itchy and feel sick after adding a couple doses to his meals. I wanted something to increase his calcium content but I can’t feed this to him, something is wrong and he doesn’t tolerate it. Sad.

I mix it with a few other products to supplement my doodles’ kibble, and he loves it. So nice for him to have something nutritious that he’ll actually eat.

A little goes a long way. I make dog food at home which makes my dog have soft 💩 which is bad for his anal glands, this product helps firm up the 💩 while providing calcium and other nutrients.

Finally a supplement all three poodles like! I feed home cooked and so needed to add calcium to their diet. My miniature poodles are picky! I’ve tried several brands and this one they like! It comes in a bag so I use the container from a previous purchase of a brand that wasn’t so popular. I recommend this product.
