I have been using Amope micropedi products for many years noe, and weekly use keeps the calluses at bay. Having had extensive foot surgery on my left foot, I tend to get more callus build-up on the bottom of my left foot, and when that happens, I can feel the difference when walking. Amope to the rescue. It doesn't take much effort to successfully reduce the size f callus build up on the bottom and/or sides of your feet. Your feet will thank you!

If you purchased this at this grit you, like me have neglected your heels. This works great though to remove extra thick callous from your heels. Make sure to stop when you get to pink skin or your feet will hurt after! Also make sure to slather your feet with your favorite cream after and out on some socks.

In recent years my heals have been horribly cracked. This is the only product that I can use at home to keep the pain down. Easy to use, easy to replace and work wonders for my heals. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because they don’t last very long. A few uses and they need replacing.

I've been using Amope products for years. Over those years I learned (the hard way) to ONLY buy roller head refills thru Amope. All others pale in comparison - a complete waste of money. While I've previously purchased Course head refills, this is my first time using the ULTRA Course ones. Frankly, I don't think I'll use any others again. By controlling the speed and the force with which I apply the Amope to my feet, I can adjust the ultra course heads to do even very fine filing. Yes, these are pricey, but in America we learn to pay more for higher quality items. It's worth it in the long run.
