The first time I used this one of the zippers frayed on one side. I just read that I am 4 days after my return date. I am hoping that Amazon will consider a return at this time. I do not want a replacement for this but I want to purchase one with a higher price. I did not buy the cheapest one.

I love this thing! You can fit two casseroles in it at one time, and even have one hot and one cold! I like the trivet, too. BUT! If you use both compartments, the handles do not snap together or even come close, making it hard to carry with the handles. And the whole reason I got this was so I could bring two different dishes at one time. I would suggest they improve the design and make handles longer.

I needed something to carry hot food theee times per week. This kept food piping hot for at least 30 minutes

Used this to take ice cream cups to a birthday party out of town, and the ice cream stayed frozen for 3 hours, which was perfect!
