I love to take these with me when I am traveling. They are easy to throw in a bag or purse and can easily be added to a water bottle whenever they are needed. The flavor is pretty strong, so half a pack is enough sometimes. Sometimes I have trouble with them dissolving in my water bottle, but if you let it sit for a minute and then shake it again, it will dissolve better.

Excellent hydration and no side effects. A bit saltier than I would like but the taste is good.

I use these in a hydration cocktail every morning. It helps with the overall taste and mixes well.
