I am really happy with this Lithium ion replacement battery. Once received, installation was easy into my Wahl Lithium Ion Pro clippers. This battery is the exact same size as the OEM battery that was in my Wahl Lithium Ion Pro clippers. One piece of advice. Make sure that you pay attention to wire management and take heed not to pinch the wires when reassembling the unit. Once reassembled, I checked the unit by applying power with the power button and the clippers jumped to live. I immediately turned the clippers off and placed it on charge for three to five hours. So far, I'm very happy with this replacement battery pack and can't recommend it high enough for the Wahl LI Ion Pro clippers. The original battery will be recycled and won't end up in the local landfill.

I bought this replacement battery for my Wahl cordless clippers vs. buying a new set.It was fairly easy to install, being careful during disassembly not to dislodge parts that didn’t need moved.It is a simple removal of the “clip” holding the old battery to the clippers, clipping the new battery, placing it in the battery holding area in the clippers, and reassembling.It will continue buying replacement batteries as needed because it was not difficult and it was much cheaper than buying new clippers.

Supposedly the measurements were supposed to be correct; but the battery didn’t fit. It’s too late to return it.

Installed out of box into my razor and cut my hair. Yay. I noticed when I ordered that +/- wires were reversed in the picture. But, plugged it in and it worked. And, connected it to charger and the blue charging light is on. Will continue this after I see if it charges or explodes. I haven't checked true +/- with my multimeter yet, so wires may actually be correct but colors misleading. Also, can't comment on battery life yet.

I have several sets of Wahl trimmers. The early dept store version of the cordless were by far the most disappointing. They never had much power or held a charge long, even when brand new. Kept deteriorating and just a couple years later I went ahead and bought a much more expensive nicer pair. Keeping these around for jobs where I don't want to use my nice clippers. This battery has the right connector and is prewired. No soldering, no splicing, just plug it in. Works much better than the original battery even when it was brand new. If you have an old pair of those early gen cordless clippers and gave up on them, this is a great option to salvage those $50-$60 shears.

Fits and works for Wahl lithium ion pro (model 79600-2101). One day, it would not charge (no blue light). Opened up and checked numbers on the battery. Found this replacement that is plug and play. Charging blue light came back. Tip: pay attention to how original comes out so that you can get this back in. Mine is very tight prob because I didn’t note how it looked coming out. Only the bottom 4 screws need to come out to separate the 2 halves. But I took it all apart and cleaned out hair. Pictures: old OEM Wahl is orange, new Fivo is blue.
