OtterBox COMMUTER SERIES LITE Case for Galaxy A52/Galaxy A52 5G- BLACK

The best darn tootin' phone protector I ever had. I get an Otter Box for all the phones I ever had. I've had a lot. And, whether they are dropped, tossed, sat on, stepped on, thrown at someone, (I mean to someone), jugggled and dropped, or dropped in the water on the It;s a Small World ride at Disneyland, the screen stays intact! So does the rest of it.So much better than other brands. If you think the price is too much do what I do-get one used. They are almost always returns because someone bought the wrong model. Can't go wrong.

Fits comfortably and looks sleek. There's a tear in the rubber over by the buttons that's formed over the years, but odds are I'll get the same case again. Lovely stuff 👍

I'd like to preface this review by addressing some gripes other people have left in the other reviews for this product; firstly some people have mentioned this case not fitting their Galaxy A52 5G. I'm pretty sure these people either don't know how to put on the two layer casing, or don't know what phone they have, or bought the wrong case and left a review on the wrong product because it fit my A52 5G with really nice tolerances on the fitting, it fit like a glove.Furthermore I saw some other reviews complaining about no dust covers on the case, and it became really apparent just how many people don't read product listings before buying. The Commuter Lite Series does not come with dust covers on purpose, it is for people like me that dislike dust covers, or any covers on their ports. If you wanted dust covers all you had to do was check the Otterbox case series feature chart conveniently placed in the listing to see the Defender Series comes with dust covers, not this one. Don't complain about the lack of a feature in a review when the product tells you beforehand it's omitted in the model you chose, it's a complete no-brainer.With that out of the way this case does everything I want it to do, it keeps my phone protected from drops without covering any of the ports I want easy access to. The protection comes from two layers, a softer rubbery material on the inside and a tougher, really solid-feeling material on the outside. It's not a slippery plastic either, a lot of Otterbox knockoff cases I've used for older phones that Otterbox has discontinued case productions for are made of this slippery material that I've felt the need to put a PopSocket on the phone just to get a good grip on it without feeling like it was going to slip out of my hands at any moment, this definitely isn't the case with this phone protector.Overall I'm satisfied with this case, it's durable and easy to grip onto with all of your ports easily accessible, as is expected with a name brand like Otterbox, I just wish it came in more colors than black, but for the quality I'm getting here it's a minor cosmetic gripe than anything else.

Case looks good on the phone and feels good in the hand. Side of the case is slightly loose against the phone over the buttons.

This was the perfect case and protected my phone from many falls. I don't have a single scratch on my phone after 2 years of using this case. Not. A. Single. Scratch. Many of my old cases have left scratches. My phone even has a curved screen which is even more liable to scratches and this protected it perfectly well.Of course, given this is 2 years old, the case is no longer in pristine condition. The case still works, but it is ripped on the side on the rubbery part. However, I was so satisfied with this I'm buying another. Even if I don't plan on having this phone for much longer.

This is the 3rd phone I have bought the Otterbox Commuter case for! I've had it for a Samsung Galaxy S8, a Samsung Galaxy A50 and now the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G. This case is hardy and has great protection for the price. I did have to order a replacement after a year for the S8, but I am super clumsy and drop my phone all the time so it's normal wear and tear. The corner of my screen cracked after several drops (over 2 years) but I DID NOT have a screen protector on. So this case plus a screen protector would be the perfect combo. I love the size and it isn't too heavy or bulky and I like that it doesn't have the cover over the screen. Great for the price.
