Montgomery`s Buch hat gerade deshalb etwas "starkes" weil es alle Landwirte - "konventionelle" und "ökologische" mit einbezieht. Die Grenze Schwarz-Weiß verläuft für den Autor - wenn überhaupt - woanders. Zahlreiche Geschichten von Landwirten, die mit Untersaat, Mulchsaat und anderen Techniken des Bodenaufbaus buchstäblich Boden gut machen, machen Mut, es ihnen gleich zu tun. Für Neulingen im Ökobereich vielleicht verwunderlich: mit deutlich mehr Gewinn und weniger Arbeit ... .
