Love these bolts. They were way heavier than the 2000 lb ones I took off. I don’t think I will ever have any problems with them.

Very good quality and the price is cheaper than part store. It fit my trailer very well and it lasted me at least 3 years. It will rust if it doesn’t come with paint. And easy to install .

Stronger feeling that the original

The original u bolts were 3/8”. This kit supplies 1/2” bolts that are fine threads and nuts incorporate slots for locking. The original bolts lasted without issues only because they were welded to the plate. These thicker bolts will not break due to accidental stress from potholes, etc.. It will be hard to find a better product than this.

Good fit original spring kit didn't have

The package was missing 2 brackets and the bolts. They immediately shipped the remaining pieces.All parts are made with thick steel and weld on very well.

Heavy. Duty.Look I'm not using these for their intended use. I have paired them up with some suction cup glass lifters High Performance Suction Cup Lifter, Heavy Duty Aluminum Double Vacuum Handle (2 cup) Glass Tile Lifter Puller Gripper Plate/Pad for lifting/pulling/moving glass/repairing laminate floor to create a simple DIY solution for mounting a video camera on the exterior of a car.Whenever you're finagling a grip solution, especially for expensive camera equipment, you ALWAYS want to over engineer, so the only thing I can say about these U-Bolts is that they're really REALLY ridiculously sturdy. I'm not dragging 2000 pounds on each one, barely a fraction of that. But I trust that having wrapped them around the glass tile lifters, and then mounted them to a sheet of 3/4" plywood, which I then mounted a tripod head to.I've got a rig that isn't going to fall apart on me, and will stand up to the stresses of driving around with a camera mounted to it at an odd angle.This review is pretty esoteric if you're looking to actually tow a trailer like the product says it does. But if you want to do some Hollywood stuff on a tight budget, your'e in the right place.
