I like it - compact and sturdy. Holds the charge for days. It charges fast. Indicators are well placed and visible. Worked w my apple phone. Has 2 USB outlets to connect to your devices. No heating issues. Reasonably priced.

I bought this power bank back in February 2024 and it’s been perfect for everyday use. It gives me two full charges on my iPhone 16, which is exactly what I need during the day. I actually have another power bank that I use for travel — it gives me 3 to 4 full charges, but it's way too heavy to carry around in my purse every day. That’s why I keep this one just for daily use, and it’s been great. It’s compact, has a bit of weight to it (which actually makes it feel high quality — not like cheap plastic), and it even comes with its own pouch. I always keep the cables inside the pouch, so everything stays together. So far, no issues at all. It’s reliable, has saved me more than once, and I definitely recommend it. Solid 5 stars. I've been very happy with this battery. It charges my phone at least twice on a single charge. I love that it has an indicator to tell you how much charge is left. It's fairly compact - compared to a standard cell phone it's about the same width, two-thirds as high, and 2-3x thicker. You charge it with a USB C and you can charge things with either USB A or USB C and you can charge 3 items at once if you want. Battery holds its charge and works well with fast charging.

Bought five of these power banks to donate to tornado relief drive. Excellent price, has a display with percent charge, light and small; would probably travel well. I was surprised that three of the five banks arrived with zero charge. I don't know if this bodes badly for the future owners; I hope not. It seems odd since five of the larger form factor banks arrived with the expected 50% charge, and I've bought this brand before: that power bank also arrived with a 50% charge. So I slow (USB-A) charged them with the included cable. It's supposed to be bad for Li ion batteries to discharge fully, so some concerns there. I would love to do a long-term update, but these, like the larger ones with a built in flashlight, will go to people in difficult, temporary living situations.

Had one for over 5 years, fast charging and reliable. A bad recent 3rd party usb c charging cable melted and burned the charging port smh. So I had to come back here and get another one. Great product !

*2nd update* I received the replacement, under warranty free of charge. Customer service told me this is an updated version, physically it appears the same. The battery, which is smaller than a deck of cards, comes with a good quality cable and a storage pouch. Out of the box it had an 86% charge, which was displayed prominently on the display on front. I charged the battery to 100% before using it, which took less than an hour. Fits comfortably in a pocket and doesn't get to warm if you decide to charge your device like that. I use the battery primarily in my car to keep my phone charged when using Android auto wireless, which is very draining. During my daily 30 minute commute the battery will keep my phone topped off for about 1-2 weeks before i need to charge it (at 20%). Have done some testing on it to charge or extend use of my Steam Deck. Mileage has varied. Plugging it into the deck at 10% and not using it brings it up to about 40-60% in most cases. When playing low power games it will extend play 1 to 2 hours. High power games are too demanding and the battery doesn't charge fast enough and require the 45w dedicated charger or a much larger fast charging battery. All in all I am happy with the battery despite the first one dying. Customer service has been exceptional, reaching out to me and providing a replacement under warranty, following up to make sure I am happy and everything is good. Would 100% recommend INIU products, even if you have an issue they will make it right. *Update* Was contacted by customer support via email and will be receiving a new unit (newer version) to replace the dead one. Hopefully the new one lasts longer, in either case great customer support! Worked as expected for 2 months then suddenly stopped working. Display reads 100% but immediately drops to 0% as soon as you plug anything into it and battery display dies. Plugging in to charge it display will flicker than begin "charging" display counts up relatively quickly to 100%. Unplug, battery is cool to touch, and plug something in to charge and immediately drops to 0 and shuts off. Junk. Would recommend you look elsewhere for a reliable battery backup.

I had one 50000 mAh powerbank bit it is very bulky and heavy. So I was looking for compact and then i found this power bank. It is very small and can charge my phone 5000mAh capacity battery 1 and half time maybe more. It has 3 ports i.e. two usb A and one type c. It supports fast charging which charges the phone really quick. Put it in your pocket and you won't even notice. It comes with a very nice carry pouch and type c cable.

Not fully tested yet but feels like excellent quality, small and compact and really just what i needed.

I bought this to meet the size requirements for phone chargers allowed into stadiums. It works great. It charges quickly, and holds a charge FOREVER. Even when it has been sitting for months, the charge doesn't drop. It can easily charge my phone (4805mah battery) twice. It's my go-to for any traveling. The size makes it convenient to fit in my bag or pocket, and the display lets me easily see how much power is left.
