AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Training Notes

First, if you're seriously studying to the take the CCP Exam, this is not the "be-all, end-all" manual with all the answers necessary for you to pass. That said, it's FREE! For the record, I highly recommend starting the process by taking the AWS CCP digital course that Amazon hosts for free - it's well-written, with great review and quizzes throughout.Once that is complete, I feel this book is excellent for going through all the major topics again, and getting very good test preparation. This book breaks down the topics cleanly, and provides quick feedback with frequent quizzes to test your knowledge, followed with thorough explanations on the answers to each and every quiz question. Finally, Neal provides a link to a free 65-question sample test, which is challenging to say the least (I got a 77%...more study needed here...lol). The sample test had also excellent explanations for every answer.Again, this is not a tome that covers all the topics - but then again you can't beat the price! You owe it to yourself to download this book and commit the time and effort to studying with this as part of your exam prep. Thanks to Neal and DigitalCloud. Great materiel, quick delivery with Kindle plus practice exams!

This book consists in very good and necessary fundamentais notes about AWS Cloud helping on Focus to Cloud practioner Exam and reducing time to reading and research a concept.

I assume there was no QA/QC done on this “book”. Beyond a large number of grammatical errors there are also a few wrong answers in the quizzes. Given that the quizzes should reinforce learning this is a serious issue. Beware and validate. If you are looking to certify and (more importantly) work with AWS tech you need to ensure you have the correct information.

I found this exam prep book interesting. Of course there are so many repetitions in questions. But I didn't mind; they helped me to memorize them anyway. I took my exam today and i passed. I would say it helped me to answer over 65 % of the exam questions. There were even few questions i remember i read in it, but not 100 %; when i answered them. I wish i had spent more time on it. Anyway i recommend exam takers to practice Amazon's free exam prep or sign up for linux academy to fill the gaps. That was what i did and i still had 28 minutes left when finished the exam and submitted it. -pass! Good luck!

This book is an excellent preparation aid for the Certified Cloud Practioner Exam. The author wrote the questions just as if they were from the actual exam. This book of questions and answers should be the AWS student's go-to guide for passing the Cloud Practioner exam. Well worth the price as you will not be let down. I will purchase the author's other books as well. The best buy for AWS Cloud professional certifications.

The format of this book is really helpful. Each chapter has 65 practice questions in the same wording and format as the actual exam followed by a version of the chapter with the questions, correct answers, and explanations. Incredibly helpful format.

I liked everything, but what excited me more was the book's efficient and objective approach. Goes straight to every point without losing time with unimportant details. Excellent investment.Renan Silva

Would be an good cheat sheet style resource if it was properly edited. So many simple errors in the solutions eg where all four answers in a multi choice question are stated to be incorrect. Also, I know its not intended to read like a book but it doesn't naturally flow at all. Like a non native English speaker has copied and pasted sections from AWS whitepapers

These questions are so far out of date it is worthless.Did the exam and the AWS sample questions and these are almost from a different exam.Not worth wasting your money on.

Having bought and read Neal Davis' Cloud Practitioner notes I found this really good way to revise.

Wer sich für eine AWS Zertifizierung vorbereiten möchte, finden mit den Angeboten von digitalcloud.training eine sinnvolle Hilfe. Ich persönlich lese aber gerne ein Buch, in dem alles zusammen zu finden ist. Zusätzlich bietet die Webseite kostenlose Übersichten (Cheat Sheets) zu allen Themen. Wer kein Geld ausgeben möchte, kann natürlich auch nur diese nutzen. Aber, wer nur eine Stunde Vorbereitungszeit durch das Buch spart, hat das Geld schon raus. Zusätzlich gibt es weitere kostengünstige Angebote (wie z.B. Videokurse, ausführlichere Tests).
