I used a little bit of plumber's putty to keep it in place and installed it with no issue.

The previous gasket was breaking down. It takes watching a couple of youtube videos to understand the job of changing it. But a simple job. Doesn't hurt to have a little help.

Worked Great - Even on An American Standard Urinal
~Approx 2.1875" ID and ~ 3" OD. Rubber is firmer than American Standard 034638-0070A Conical Sponge Washer. That one was too spongy IMO.
