While this is the product my dermatologist suggested, it left a sticky residue. I only used it once, so I can't say whether or not the product worked as intended.

This gel has been a GAME CHANGER for my keratosis pilaris. Especially the KP on my legs. What I have is severe, causing all kinds of pimples and ingrown hairs on my legs and bikini area. I tried all kinds of AHA, BHA, lactic acid, etc creams and nothing else even put a dent into my issue. With this 40% UREA gel I noticed a difference the first day I tried it. And now after a few weeks my legs are almost 100% clear from any pimples and ingrown hairs. Previous scars are fading. It's been a miracle ahead of summer. What I particularly like about this gel vs a couple others I ordered at the same time, is that it dries down very quickly and it doesn't leave behind a sticky residue. I am able to apply and get dressed quickly after. I never want to be without this product!

Decided to get tough on my Keratosis Pilaris, but this stuff is so strong it turned my skin creepy immediately. Able to use it by mixing with regular lotion but cannot recommend

It's a curious substance. It's clear and gel-like. Applied to callused feel, it feels almost oily, but not like baby oil. As it gets absorbed into the skin and dries, the residue is sticky enough to make putting on socks difficult. BUT IT WORKS. In three days, one application per day, my thick callused toes and heels are soft, pink and normal. I could barely bend my toes because the thickened skin prevented my skin to be flexible. Now my toes wiggle! UREA is a 40%. That means there's about 40% of uric acid in every drop. If you use your hands to aply the gel, and your hands are not full of calluses, the urea may cause your healthy skin to burn. So wash your hands with soap and water after each use. Also, it's recommended to wash off the urea gel from your feet. I left it on for three days in order to get rid of my foot calluses quickly. I sleep with socks on the feet. In the morning, I wash it off in the shower,

I get very dry and somewhat cracked heels in the colder weather as well as during the summer. Putting this on with silicone healed socks overnight really puts my heels back into shape after just a few nights.
