perfect for a landmine station in the garage
Attached vertically to my pull-up frame using clamps to give it height and avoid using weights and save space. I dropped in a Barbell Post Insert Landmine Attachment which gave me the perfect height for a 7' 2" bar. Job done.

Does the job but not very strong
The holding down plate is quite thin and although not designed for lateral or rotational movement, any accidental sideways movement causes the plate to bend

Way overpriced
I know £28 isn’t a lot of money these days but this is a poor use of it and I once paid £6 on eBay for an air guitar.It’s just a piece of metal that either goes side to side or up and down. Great for shoulder press or rows but that’s it.Massively overpriced in my opinion.
