No significant height increase so far, about 3 mos. already. Most probably because my body is older. My 14-yrs. old daughter may have a tiny increase in her height. Not really sure though. We'll still give it another few weeks.

So far since I used it, there is no side effect on me. Every essential minerals you needed is right there to be able to meet your goal. I am hoping for the best result. No, I am possitive about the result it may give. Possitivity plus exercise equals great result.

Pure Height Plus really works for me. I was 65 inches tall two months ago and now I am 70 inches tall. This is by taking two pills a day with a tall glass of milk. My goal is to go for 72 inches or 6 feet. I will continue on for another two month with two pill a day and see how I make out.
