Worth paying the extra for this stuff. The added vitamins definitely help with energy and absorption of creatine.Creatine is creatine but I like the additions in this one. Quality product.

There flavourless so there's no worry about them tasting horrible & there fairly easy to swallow for me but I know some people who do have problems trying to swallow them. they work well for me but some people don't get much benifits from Creatine & some people get really good benifits, they have increased my strength & I get a really good pump when weight training & I gained 10lbs after 5 weeks which could be mostly water but I like it because they give your muscles a full look without having to take steroids.

Was not aware you are recommended to take upto 8 capsules per day. Thought it was for pre workouts.This is like adding it onto your daily multi vitamin tablets.

I'm 46 years of age and returned to the gym at the start of the year to get back into shape before it's too late! I've not used creatine for some considerable time, in fact it wasn't available in tablet form when I last used it.Although I was training hard and taking whey protein, I was not seeing the results I was after. However, using this along with whey protein has certainly paid off. The tablets are quite large, but still easy to swallow.I'm following the instructions to the letter and loaded up the first week with 10 tablets a day (5 in the morning and 5 in the evening) and then 6 per day (again split morning and evening).I did put on some weight in the first week (around 4 lbs), but now stable and seeing a reduction in my bodyfat and an increase in muscle size; exactly what I think we're all after!I'm still in my first 10 week cycle, but have already bought a second tub of these to see me through this cycle and into the next!I would highly recommend this to anyone serious about weight training. Yes, they may be more expensive that other brands, but there's a reason for that.....

Decent product, good price.

I noticed a gain in strength almost instantly. It offers great value for money. The reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because it really does make my throat feel like it's hot. 'Burning' sounds a bit too dramatic for me, but it's a burn of sorts. It was scary at the start but now I'm used to it, provided it's nothing to worry about. It's worth it for the benefits.
