No Buffer Wait. Used w/ Sony A7IV
Bought two - Love these cards! I use them with Sony A7IV and shoot weddings, events, portraits, and some sports. I always shoot RAW Uncompressed files. I've always used Sandisk Extreme Pro 128g / 200mbs cards with my Sony A7Rii and always had issues with the buffering wait time (granted it is a 42mp camera and has huge file sizes). Although the Sandisk card says 200mbs, the write speed is only around 90mbs. I tried the Sandisk 128g/ 200mbs (90mbs write speed) in the A7IV and it did really well, BUT these Sony M Series cards with 150mbs write speed are perfect. I didn't run into any problems at all with buffering like I did with the Sandisk 128gb / 200mbs cards. These M Series Sony cards with the 150mbs write speed are the ticket for sure. Even shooting back to back burst images (about 20 images) the buffer was only about a second and I could immediately shoot another burst. I use this technique often to later create GIFs of the moment. There were times I would miss a shot during ceremonies or receptions because I would be waiting on the buffer, but not any more. I could see possibly having some limitation if you are trying to take more than 20 or so photos in burst for a longer period of time. Or if you are shooting on the newer A7RIV, maybe those 62mp file sizes may overload the buffer a bit more. But all in all, I am extremely impressed with these cards and how well they've handled the files so far.Ultimately, these are fantastic cards and perfect for my A7IV and how I shoot. I plan to get many more of these cards for this wedding season. Highly Recommend!

Still fast, reliable, and durable.
Purchased a couple of these in January 2019. 50 weddings and over 150+ photography shoots later these are still working flawlessly.Went from back up cards on my D850 to Z6 to Z6ii’s.Now I’m shopping for CF express cards for the Z9 I’m ready to go to and again I’ll be choosing the Sony brand for storage. Why skimp on memory cards? 2K+ camera and lenses that are $2,500 and up. The ONLY part that retains all that $ is your SD (or type you use) card. It’s the equivalent of tires for your car or truck. The only part that touches the road yet people want cheap. Don’t go cheap, these are a great value and I’ve not had one fail yet.Be sure to always format your cards for EVERY shoot! I’d buy these agin over the other brand.

Excellent Quality
I recently bought a Sony M Series SDXC UHS-II Card 128GB to use for my public affairs photography and I am extremely impressed with the performance. The card works like a dream in my Sony A7 IV and is incredibly fast. It easily handles large files and transfers are quick and effortless. I am quite pleased with the storage capacity of 128GB, which enables me to store more photos than ever before. The card also offers great protection against data loss due to its advanced error-correction technology. All in all, I would highly recommend this card for anyone looking for reliable storage solution for their Sony A7 IV camera.

Perfect for a 4K camcorder
I use it on a Sony 4K camcorder and this card is just right for the price , reliability, write speed, and capacity. I use two in the camcorder and set it to make duplicate copies on both cards. I never erase my sd cards, so I am conscious of the price. Also, 4K video eats memory and I won’t use any below 125 GB cards. These fit the bill perfectly.

Pro Use
I'm a professional photographer and have used sandisk cards for the last 15 years. Sandisk has a bit of a gap in their product line that this card speed fills nicely. The write speed in-camera is effectively double that of the slower "Extreme Pro" cards but not as fast as the fastest version. In real-world use, I can shoot 25 frames in a row at 42mp in a Sony A7RIII and where that would jam up the slower cards, this card writes plenty fast enough to clear the buffer so I can continue shooting. Only sports pros might need the faster cards shooting at 10 fps for multiple bursts in a row.

Great card, very expensive.
This card works well and there are no problems with the operation. My only complaint is how much more these costs than competitive brands. It has the performance to back the price, but it is hard to justify paying twice as much as other cards that perform similarly in the real world.

Perfect SD card for anyone looking for a 128GB SD Card!
This Sony 128GB SD Card is perfect for anyone looking for a larger capacity card that is faster than most cards on the market. Although it is not the fastest of the Sony line of cards, you are looking at only waiting for photos to buffer if you are shooting in modes like High or High+.I have had this card for almost 3 months and I can say I love this card and in fact I am about to purchase the even faster card just to make sure I don't have to wait for any buffering and miss any shots at an upcoming wedding!
