I bought these to reinforce the small vacuum tubing that is in the air conditioning system control box of my 97 Buick LeSabre. With age the nipple connectors weaken and the heat of hot summer days caused collapse when vacuum is applied by the switching controls. I didn't use these because I bypassed the nipple connectors by splicing the vacuum tubing together using several one-inch pieces of vacuum hose from the auto parts store. I bought hose slightly larger so the existing tubing would fit firmly into the splice hose. Works great and now I have a cool car again!

This is for placing stranded wire under a screw terminal intended for solid wire. I used it for hooking up a mini split and they worked perfectly.
