CAP Fitness wrist weights
I bought these weights to use as part of a sensory diet for one of my students. As an occupational therapist at a public school district, I find myself consistently spending my own money to buy incidentals throughout the year. I was very pleased to find this set for a very affordable and reasonable price. I read the reviews before purchasing, and many stated that these are small. And they are somewhat small. But they fit on my kindergarten aged student's ankles just fine. I like the reflective strip on them even though we only use them inside at school during the day. They are made of a neoprene material and feel well made. I use them on a hyperactive kindergarten student several times a day, and the velcro is holding up okay. It could be better. But the stitching and quality of the remainder of the weights is superior. These are a very nice set of weights, expecially for the very affordable price.

too small for wrists 7" around or larger
"snug fit for all sizes"Not true. My wrist is 7.25" around (about 18.5 cm) and if I really struggle, I can barely get a sliver of the velcro to attach. At this point, though, the wrist weight is uncomfortably right and the slightest activity pops the velcro. Even if the straps were longer the design is such that the bulging sand bags press inwards uncomfortably. Workmanship is decent. But it is too small for my 7" wrists.

Small Wrist People - these weights are for you!
These weights are most definitely made for people with small wrists! Luckily, I am just that person. I spent hours perusing Amazon for wrist weights that would fit around my extremely slim wrists (I'm a very tiny person to begin with...), and found these weights as an "Add On." For the low price I was offered, I decided to take the chance and placed my order. The weights arrived well-packaged in a brown Amazon box. Inside the box was the recyclable bubble air bags to fill up space, and the original box that the weights were in. Upon opening the box, I realized that ONLY someone like me with these very slim wrists, or a child, would be able to use them as wrist weights. Fair enough! Please see the pictures I have attached so that you can determine whether these weights will work for you or not.My wrists are just under 6" in circumference (as I said...I'm small). With the Velcro closures, the weights fit around my wrists PERFECTLY. Smaller wrists as small as 5" in circumference could be accommodated, but larger wrists would have issues getting Velcro to close all the way.As for their function, they are doing exactly what I need them to do - helping me tone my arms while I work throughout the day. They are NOT unobtrusive as their bulk is difficult to hide, but they are fairly comfortable and not too heavy for all-day wear as long as the seams for the sand bags are set in the right spot on my bony wrist. If you have small wrists and want to tone your arms in a "non-workout" kind of way, I recommend these weights.

Arm strong
My wrists are so tiny, I have to use wrist bands before putting on these weights. I bought them to use during zumba, to add some muscles on my arms. I feel better now that Iām also working my arms. These are small.

not adjustable, velcro doesn't line up in shape, stretch too loose when sweaty, "pair of 1lb each" =2lbs
I bought them because I thought they were 2 lbs each, my mistake as I reread the description when they arrived. I do not have small wrists but as soon as I sweat they get lose and the velcro starts to give. Look at the shape of the velcro patches before you buy. The half oval doesn't line up when closed and I feel the rough side unless I fasten the velcro on the top of my arm. The patches of velcro are barely an inch at their widest part (again you can't make the crescents line up). This makes them virtually unadjustable. I wear my weight lifting gloves to keep them from banging onto the top of my hand or falling off when I kickbox with them on. When I dance I have to hold them on with my fingers after they stretch due to sweat. I missed the 'return window' or I would. I have put them in my socks for leg weights and it worked ok except once again scratched by the velcro. I would skip these.

Nice size for whatever you want to do.
Not much weight for working out. But, I like the small size and weight for doing my food deliveries, or just working on my computer.

One size does not fit all
It is a great quality wrist weight, but only for people with very small wrists. I spent 2 days trying to stretch them out enough so they would not cut off circulation on my own wrists let alone the client I had purchased them for. So be aware that if buying for child or very small womens wrists they are good otherwise I would look elsewhere.
