Of course. The engorged ticks are the easiest to “catch” in the tapered tip.

The smallest tapered end of The Tick Patrol measures .25 mm. We have had very successful removal of many different sized ticks, including tiny nymphs. If the tick is no smaller than .25 mm, you should be able to “catch” the tick in the tapered end.
