If I could give this ten stars I would. It is soooo yummy. It smells great also. I will say you could get more for your money however. But I will buy again anyways. This olive oil is fantastic! It has a rich, smooth flavor that enhances everything I cook, from salads and pasta to roasted vegetables. The quality is evident—the taste is fresh and not overly bitter, and it pours easily without being too thin. I also love that it’s versatile for both cooking and finishing dishes. I have purchased these oils once before. In my opinion the garlic oil and the truffle oil are a bit strong so I would recommend going easy with these until you taste for yourself. Do not refrigerate as they will solidify

This is a rich olive oil infused with truffles. The aroma definitely includes the characteristic truffle scent. The taste is good, and you can taste the truffle, but it is somewhat subtle. If the flavor was more pronounced, it would get 5 stars.

I had never tasted truffles before, to my knowledge. I got this as a first step to get used to the flavor and learn to use it. The smell from it when I opened the bottle was very strong. Surprising for such a small amount of truffle at the bottom in this infusion. Tried it on some noodles. Small amount, about 1/2 a teaspoon and boy, was I surprised. This truffle infusion is VERY strong. Smell and taste both. It might be because I am not familiar with the taste yet. I did like the taste on the back end but the front end taste was WAY to strong for me and my son both. We used the 1/2 teaspoon on about one cup of noodles. Way too much. Will give it a couple of weeks to get over the initial taste disaster and then try it again. I did like the aftertaste of this so the initial amount was just too much for this strong infusion. As I said, the truffle infusion is very strong. If you like truffles, you will love this product. I dropped a star because it was simply too strong and was no warning. I had read the reviews posted and dont remember any of them mentioning the strength other than that some found it too weak of an infusion. Not for my family. but because we are not used to the flavor of truffles I have taken that into account. Am looking forward to using it again but in an amount, for me and my family, that we can tolerate. I am happy with the product. And you will be also. Dont know if the company has strengthened the infusion from prior production runs, but it is surely strong and I believe that even if you are used to truffle, you will enjoy this product and the strength of it. And its a good price as well. Changed my review to reflect 5 stars. Should have done it from the start. This is an excellent product and is deserving. Try it you will like it.

Very tasty with just the right amount of truffle. I love it drizzled over pizza or a salad. The bottle was very well packaged.

Gave as a gift. They loved it!
