I was apprehensive when my friend told me about this product, but i decided to give it a shot , and it ended up being worth the small amount of money they are asking for!Not only has it helped me get a better nights sleep, but also as soon as i take the pill, my eyes start to get heavy and i fall asleep !I will definitly be ordering more!

It didn't really help me fall asleep, I have to take two in order to sleep. I had a nice dream the first night I took some, but every other time I didn't even dream. These capsules also made it pretty hard to get up at a decent time. Probably won't be buying them again

If you already take melatonin and don't have lucid dreams this won't help because it is mostly melatonin. Try taking high doses of B-6.

I have tried numerous capsules and pills to get a good night of sleep, but it was only after trying the LucidRX Rest Capsules that I ever felt a difference in my sleep. Now, I know that I can get a good eight hours of sleep by taking one of the capsules. Excellent product!
