I gave it some time since the purchase to make sure that it was well and truly working (often these things break after a few days/weeks). So far, we've been using just one of them in the car and it is working perfectly.

They will work great with Apple certified earbuds, but they won’t work with the earbuds that look like Apple that I bought here on Amazon. Otherwise they were great.

Outer casing became disconnected on larger part. Started getting shocks from it. This after only a couple weeks. 2nd one, smaller casing becomes disconnected. But still is functioning after 1 month anyway. I don't think I have been particularly rough with the items but I chose cheapest. What to do? Will spend more for Belkin next time...
