Linshi Tasks Retro Travelers Notebook Kraft Lined Blank Paper Refill,Set of 3

I bought this after seeing lots of videos on Midoris and Fauxdoris (what this is) and being inspired to try one myself. This is one of the only yellow ones I could find. The leather seems genuine and feels really nice. However, it gets dirty super easily! Not even sure how it got dirty since I couldn't find a source. UPDATE: It may not be dirt, but undyed spots as they are grey-ish and just won't come out. Also, the elastics are a bit too taut. The leather is a bit too thin and floppy. One of the included books had black ink mess on the cover. None of these things are worth the hassle of return since it is still pretty nice overall but they are a bit disappointing.It is also extremely annoying that the yellow option did not include all the inserts that the other colours did at the same price point. I knew this would happen since it's what the pictures showed but still...they should have the same inserts for the same price.Overall, it's fine but not great. I'm just hoping the elastics won't break and it won't attract too much more dirt out of nowhere.UPDATE: Liking it more and more after using it quite a lot for about 2 weeks now. Seems more durable than I'd originally thought. Really nice to have around and the paper quality is pretty decent to write on consistently.

I'm truly impressed with the value for money in this product. After purchasing a Midori passport size and realizing it was far too small for my style, I was unwilling to pay for the brand again. I searched and read reviews on many "fauxdoris" both on Amazon and Etsy and finally decided on this one. It exceeded my expectations in quality and value. I was so surprised to realize that I not only got three inserts, but also the plastic zip pouch and card holder. I love the dark green leather finish and the kitty charm is absolutely perfect! The added leather strap that wraps around the closure is a nice touch for protecting the edge and papers. This is a perfect fauxdori!

This is a great first traveler's notebook! The leather is not as sturdy as I was expecting, but is very pliable and works fine for its purpose. I liked having the three different types of notebooks so I can see which one I will prefer later. I think the quality is good and the overall value fantastic. It's a great traveler's notebook to start out with, especially if you don't want to spend $50 or more!

This is exactly what it claims to be. A Traveler's Notebook with inserts. Paper is decent quality but leather is very thin. I will not be using it daily as I don't think it could hold up but I do love the color and it is well made. If ok with super thin and floppy, this is the TN for you.

What else can I say but LOVE IT!! I was searching for a more cost effective Midori-esque notebook and came across this. It comes with one band and I added 2 more, it is now my all time favorite. There will be family and friends getting these for Christmas!!!

It has a bad smell to it and the leather is very cheap and rough. The inserts that come with it are also poor quality and have the feel of construction paper and the plastic pouch and card holder won't hold up for very long. At least those can be replaced with better quality. I wanted to see how much I would like having a traveler's journal, and I'm glad I didn't pay a lot for this item.

This arrived quickly and I really like it so far. It does have a strange smell that others have also mentioned, but it's not so bad that I would return it. The calendar set up it strange but nothing I can't get used to. It fits perfectly into my PoCampo purse I just bought from Amazon. I would recommend this to others.
