The mixer works great just a little to big for what I needed. Also, why is it taking so longer for my refund, plus this product has been setting in one spot for for 4 days?

Love this product because for space is so big can make a big amount of dough.

I loved how much bigger the bowl was. Used in a Christmas on the town to make donuts mix. We could mix more in this mixer than regular size mixing bowl. I give it A1.

Causes periodic start/stop/scrape moments for certain kinds of ingredients. I’ll still use it because I am willing to manage around this, however I could see it frustrating some. Still, for the price…Also, mixer shakes like a leaf in a hurricane at the highest speeds, especially when there is a good sized, heavy dough in the bowl. I’ve only used it a few times since I got it, and so durability is something to watch out for. Still… for the price…Generally I would recommend for the home baker needing a little more capacity vs a standard 4/5qt machine.

Excelente máquina muy buena

I bought this mixer purely to make bread dough. It's big enough that I can make a large batch and wouldn't have to make the dough by hand, but it doesn't do the job. It doesn't mix properly because there's over an inch of dough that collects at the sides that it doesn't catch and then when it does get further along in the mixing process all the dough starts sneaking up the top and going up the arm and coming out the lid. I then made a filling like frosting kind of and it too would not mix properly because it collects around the side of the bowl and it you're having to stop to scrape it down every 2 seconds because it doesn't meet up to the sides. All in all I'd say this machine is not worth the money. It's plastic structure. Allows it to vibrate all over the place. It's not solid enough to support a heavy load.

I like the size and the color and that it is very quiet. I got a baking mixer.

If you are looking for a mixer that is lightweight and easy to use with a 9qt bowl so your flour and sugar don't go everywhere when you turn it on... this is perfect.Kitchen Aid mixers are top heavy and I don't like that. When I would put my flour in the KA mixing bowl and turn it on I found myself having to put a towel over it so flour didn't go everywhere. I picked out this mixer on a whim because I wanted a deeper bowl and I've had this one fir a good year now. I absolutely love this set up. The top is lightweight (genius designing) and the bowl being 9 quarts you can easily fit 6 cups of flour in it and no need for a lid or towel.I love this mixer 100 out of 10
