I just got mine. Pretty solid and sturdy altogether. Cons: Unboxing is no joke. If you need help, grab it. It might take you shorter time if you have help. Assembling took me a while just by myself but easy enough and doable by anyone. I am just not handy. Amazon app was a trip. On the checkout, it has an option for professional assembly so I felt relieved knowing it will be delivered with assembly with the final price already when purchased. Then, i felt some doubt. I called their customer service with an assurance it will be delivered with assembly. I still hesitated and I did the chat via amazon app and sure enough it was false reassurance from the call and the chat person told me it doesnt cover professional assembly since the delivery courier and my location do not provide it. Amazon app has to be more realistically logistical when selling things and offering services.' Pros: Packed well which probably adds weight to the whole thing so ask help if you're unsure. Watch the video for assemble in youtube. The manual book is not quite so much in detail. The material is professional quality meaning it can be used for home gym and also commercial gym. It appears it can last for a long time for as long you are handling it with care. It's heavy yes but that means the material is high quality for an equipment like this so it's a plus for me. I'm excited to use it and I recommend it versus those branded ones you see in social media which are also much more expensive. Pricey but it comes with quality so I would invest into it if you're thinking about. In conclusion, I recommend it still. Just be smart purchasing it and with unboxing and assembling.

My family loves the treadmill. We have had it for about a week, replacing our Nordic trac with this. I can say that it is much harder to run on because there is no motor to keep the belt moving. It is sturdy and quit, for now at least. I like that I can move it without worring about an outlet location. Set-up took about 30 minutes once out of the box and it had its own screwdriver and hex wrench. The only issue I have is the console is too low for me, perfect for my wife and teen kids. Oh, and the ground wire needs to be placed....? I haven't figured where it goes? Either to house ground or the treadmill it's self? The instructions does not cover the ground wire installation. It does create static so you will get a shock touching the handles.

Unit came out damaged….we have set up a return twice and both delayed….this unit is heavy and not easy to move around and the experience with the delivery and pick up have been very frustrating

Decently priced for what you get, I’d compare it to Assault’s pro runner. Came packaged very well and delivery was extremely timely. It is very heavy/sturdy and does not move around. It came with some white lithium grease but has no instructions on maintenance. The instructions describe how to use the monitor for tracking your workout very well. Unfortunately, this unit came out of the box with a bad bearing and it’s very annoying to use (see video.) I’ve tried lubricating all of the bearings with silicone wd40 but it didn’t help the problem. I’m hoping customer service will see this and offer a solution besides boxing/shipping the entire unit back.

We have been looking for a curved treadmill for our home gym and to be honest there were not many options on Amazon. We liked the look and the functionality of the runnow curved treadmill but were hesitant to purchase because we didn't know this brand and the treadmill was not being sold by Amazon. Eventually we decided to give it a try when the $300 coupon became available and double checked to confirm the 2-year warranty with the seller. The treadmill arrived earlier than I expected for a 330lbs treadmill, however the packaging seems to lack protection. It came in in a big cardboard box, unlike my other heavy equipments that came protected in plywood crates. There were several holes at the bottom of the cardboard box and styrofoam in the box wer broken into smaller pieces. Upon unboxing I also noticed several damaged plastic parts and contacted the seller immediately. The seller was kind enough to send me replacement parts which took less than a week to receive. Overall I am very happy with the purchase. The treadmill is sturdy and runs pretty quiet, the customer service is wonderful, exactly what I was expecting for a $3000 treadmill.

This is a great treadmill. I'd been using a conventional powered treadmill the past 12 years and switching to this one was a great decision. It's lower wear-and-tear on my knees and hip, and doesn't use any electricity, which is saving my household about $50/month so far. I'm using it under my desk so I'm able to work on the computer as I walk (I had to raise the desk so it's above the treadmill frame). Assembly was very easy. I highly recommend this.

After a few months, the belt makes some crazy noise for a treadmill that cost almost 5k. I would not purchase
