Silky application and light on the lips. The scent/ flavor is light (kind of a tropical smell) and not overwhelming. I like the screw on top and durability of the tube. I keep one in my purse and by the door so I have one handy.

I was looking for a lip balm that had SPF in it and an article recommended this product, so I tried it. This is one of my favorite lip balms now, amongst all including non-spf options. The texture is not too greasy and thick on your lips and it seems to last longer than others I’ve used. I don’t feel like I need to reapply often or that my lips dry out after using it like Chapstick does and it doesn’t feel heavy like some natural brands. The only drawback for me is about 15-20 minutes after applying, you can start to taste a gross chemical flavor related to the sunscreen. Probably would be worse if you lick your lips often. I think the only way around the chemical flavor issue is to use a mineral based lip balm, but risk the weird appearance of that. Edited to add: the container does not hold up well. The stick of lip balm breaks of the base and doesn’t extend, often getting trapped inside. Also the white plastic tube snapped off the twist base and is unusable with lots of product left. Disappointing packaging for a good product.

For a lip balm with sunscreen, this one is pretty good. It goes on smooth and is decently solid without being waxy. I can taste the sunscreen a little if it gets on my tongue, so if I didn't need the SPF I would probably go with another lip balm, but compared to other SPF lip balms its not bad at all.

The packaging is attractive and I like that it unscrews from the top, rather than having a cheapo cap like other lip sunscreens. The product is clear and I don't think it has much taste to it (I'm not EATING it!), but like so many other lip sunscreens, it dries out my lips. Ugh.

Love the smell and feel. The applicator looks cool and opens uniquely with having to lightly twist/unscrew, but it is so much more refined than pull off a plastic cap:)

Found this lip balm after reading a New York Times review of lip balms. It’s the only one with SPF I’ve found that does not have weird taste! Works great!

Feels just like my other lip balms and it’s got spf. Perfect!
