I have been using this brand for many years and ordered 6 balls for a scarf. Out of these 6, 3 of them had multiple loose ends that had been tied together. There is also a huge difference between the uniformity or each ball in regards to thickness or wool. Some of the balls are fine and tight and others are very loose and fluffy.
