Works and taste great with no jitters.

The workout rush this gives me is absolutely incredible. I haven’t used pre workout before besides Celsius live or a C4 drink and I gotta say, this is my absolute go to for pre workout right now. I also put in a scoop of muscle pharm select bcaas as well. I have no limit now and although the energy wears off about an hour and a half to two hours in, I still wanna keep going and have to force myself to go home lol. Highly recommend

As a 25 who frequents the gym and has tried the second generation of MP Assualt and this one. I am a bit indifferent about this. I ended up going with Fruit Punch flavor. The flavor I would rate a 7/10: it is good, but it tastes way closer to medicine than it does fruit punch. Results: When I take this, it definitely gives my workout a boost. I would probably attribute that to the higher dosage of Caffeine (250mg) and Creatine in this. The mental focus is definitely there. I feel more focused throughout my workout and I don't burn out throughout my workouts as I would without this. Compared to the 2nd gen Assault, they seemed to have removed a lot of the typical "pre workout" stuff and have moved to market themselves as more of an Athletic brand. MP has always prided themselves on removing banned substances from their products which is why there aimed more at the Athlete. They took out the NO3 and Niacin, which gives the "pump" and tingle sensation most preworkout comsumers tend to like. They also made the label a bit more explicit and transparent, removing "proprietary blends" and actually labeling the exact amount of ingredient per "blend" ie: [MuscleFuel = 1g Taurine 1g L-Glycine] Price: Very reasonable compared to most preworkouts at around ~$22 USD with 30 servings per container. Overall I would probably buy this again simply because MP removes a lot of the junk from their product and the pre provides a cleaner focus. If you're looking for your typical "makes me feel like im going to smash my head through a wall, preworkout" then this product isn't probably up your alley.

It really gives you energy during workout and love the taste.

This has been my go-to pre-workout for years. At least since 2013. While the product has probably been changed since then, my gripe is with the current packaging—the bag has such a poor seal! Impossible to seal once it's been opened. Instead, I need to dump the product into a ziplock type bag, which seals easily. MusclePharm, please bring back the jars or find a better bag that seals properly!

The best pre workout without the itchiness and cost effective.

I have tried a myriad of pre-workout mixes over several decades and this is my current go to. The taste is awesome and consistency for mix ability prior to workout is great. Seems to help with both power lifting as well as metabolic conditioning without any adverse effects on preformance. On top of that it is priced to be extremely competitive with other supplements.

I really like this product for preworkout my friend suggested me to use this and this is good product to use .

I've been using this product for years as it is the only one I can take at 5pm and then go to sleep at 8pm. Great focus and energy 30mins after taking, and its effect lasts as long as my workout lasts, and no crash feeling at the end of its effect. I hope this product is never discontinued. I'll buy this as long as it is available.
